"Simply the best Vietnamese restaurant in Calgary. It's not often I'm in the NE but it's worth the drive to eat here. Really good flavours and satisfying sizes. Most other Vietnamese restaurants are really bland but here, you'll find fresh ingredients, nice seasoning, tender meat and an assortment of sauces to use. Would recommend either their Pho or vermicelli bowl. Definitely will come back for more!"

"A dish I'm always compelled to try if it's on the menu is Beef Satay. I still hold number 52 at Bagolacs the best I've ever had, but Mekong's spicy beef number 19 gives it a run for its money. Very nice flavour and really affordable at around $7 for a large. The restaurant is relatively simple and service is OK, but the prices and food quality make Mekong a great spot for a good meal if your in the area."

"Amazing food and flavors! Wow, just dropped in to kill time during rush hour. Best Pho I ever tasted, super clean, fresh veggies with intense flavors. Super impressed. Rice and veggie dish as well. Fine atmosphere and service, well worth a 2nd visit. Loved it!"
